At Ricami Malaga-Marbella, every item is made to order and personally customized with the name or text provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Because each product is unique and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted your personalization details (name, spelling, color) and agree to this policy.

No Exceptions

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds, including in cases of:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect name or spelling entered by the customer

• Choosing the wrong color or size
